Do I need any tech or coding background? +

None at all. This is built for non-techies — we start from the very basics and everything is done in plain language. If you can use WhatsApp and a browser, you're ready.

I've barely used ChatGPT. Will I keep up? +

Yes. Day 1 begins with foundations, so complete beginners and daily-AI users start from the same page. By the end of night one you'll be prompting like a pro.

Is it online or in-person? +

100% online — two live, hands-on sessions on Zoom. You build alongside me and get unstuck in real time, and every session is recorded so you can rewatch anytime. The Zoom link is shared on registration.

What will I actually walk out with? +

A set of working prompts in your voice, at least one live automation, your own Claude Skills & connectors, a certificate, the full resource kit, and a concrete plan to earn — plus your capstone AI system built live.

What do I need to bring? +

A laptop with stable internet, and a free Zoom account. Free versions of the tools are enough to complete the workshop; we'll clearly flag the few that are worth paying for and when.

Will the AI tools cost me money? +

Almost everything we use is free or free-to-try. In the tools directory each pick is badged free/paid, and I only recommend paying for a tool once it clearly earns its keep.

What's the refund policy? +

Seats are limited and the group is small, so seats are non-refundable — but they're transferable. Can't make it? Send a friend in your place.

Can my company pay for this? +

Yes — an invoice is provided for reimbursement. It's an easy L&D expense to justify for the time it saves your team.
